Highly regarded commercial set seeks to expand its insurance and energy offering by recruiting a Silk either with portable team or individually. The set has a healthy number of directory rated Silks and juniors and is known for its friendly and collegiate culture. Chambers has decided, as a part of its core strategy, to develop its insurance and energy offering which will complement existing practice areas and provide a platform for future growth. The set is looking for practitioners with existing practices involving complex litigation and international arbitration which will mirror the set’s existing profile. Sectors targeted include energy, commercial insurance and reinsurance. Chambers has an enviable client base of top law firms and direct access clients into which the incoming team would be integrated. This would suit ambitious Silk seeking to head an expanding practice area with mandate to build a profitable practice from a quality platform.
