Fully rounded employment partner sought for the full service London office of the rated US firm. A major part of the role will involve supporting other departments on employment related aspects of projects, corporate and commercial matters, TUPE, collective employment rights, private and public outsourcing, M&A, disposals and employee share schemes. Heading up and growing the firm’s employment capability in London, experience of contentious Employment Tribunal, High Court and Appellate court matters relating to redundancy, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, enforcement of restrictive covenants, whistle blowing, unlawful discrimination and equal pay, would be an obvious asset.
