Experienced commercial property partner sought for London office of this US firm where real estate is high on the agenda. Moving individually or as part of a team, this is a fabulous opportunity to play a major part in the firm’s practice, leveraging off the enormous breath of business sectors in which it operates in both the UK and abroad. As such the ideal candidate will be a heavyweight commercial property lawyer, weathering well in the current climate, having retained existing or exploited new markets, domestically and internationally. A charismatic team player rather than a maverick, applicants will demonstrate abilities of being equally at home advising on property aspects of mid to high level, corporate transactions, M&A and disposals as they are on domestic and cross-border investment, fundings, development and regeneration.
