Our client is one of the longest established US firms in London with a network of full service offices spanning the globe. They are regularly ranked in the top echelon of firms for corporate and securities work – across a multitude of industry sectors.
They are keen to hear from Magic/Silver Circle associates with at least 3 years PQE who are potentially interested in joining a firm well positioned to benefit from an upturn in corporate transactions in 2010 and get their hands on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions – including major M&A and JV’s as well as equity investments.
Our client is very confident that they will be at the forefront of the market revival and although rightly cautious, feel they need to strengthen their London corporate bench with the addition of talented and ambitious associates perhaps looking for a platform from where they can flourish and build a genuine career – perhaps not available to them in the long-term at their Magic/Silver Circle rivals.
