Due to continued growth our client, a leading Investment Bank is now looking to recruit a lawyer to join the team advising the Equities team. Working closely with traders and sales people you will be advising on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters; and covering all aspects of the business including commission sharing, custody, clearing and brokerage. Candidates must be coming from a top City law firm or financial institution and have a solid background in securities law and regulation.
