Mid-sized firm seeks to expand its property litigation offering by recruiting partner with experience and track record of building a practice to join disputes team. The firm has a highly regarded property department which is showing signs of recovery with several partners now at capacity with work. The department handles a broad range of work including enforcement of covenants, possession proceedings, service charge recovery, rent arrears and dilapidations. The aim is to bring in a specialist property litigator with a broad range of experience including Landlord & Tenant 1954 Act as well as ideally other specialist areas such as leasehold enfranchisement and LVT work. This would partner seeking to take advantage of the buoyancy in sectors such as leasehold enfranchisement in a firm that is know and rated for its property work.
